Turnover Detection System using Video Calls
Designed and implemented an advanced turnover detection system using Machine Learning models. This system analyses video calls, an essential tool in today's teleworking environment, to identify patterns and signals that can predict employee turnover. Models used include:
- Traditional Machine Learning models
- Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs)
- Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN) with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM)
Data management encompasses video, images and audio, integrating these different formats to obtain a holistic view of employee behaviour and well-being.
Rotation Variables Extraction System
Developed a system to identify and analyse the variables that contribute to employee turnover. This system not only detects risk factors, but also allows the company to implement preventative measures, thereby reducing the costs associated with turnover, such as training new employees and finding replacements. This proactive approach helps maintain a stable work environment and retain valuable talent.
Automated Bot Development using LLMs
Created an automated system for web browsing, using large-scale language models (LLMs). This bot is able to interact with websites autonomously, performing tasks ranging from extracting information to downloading documents. Some of the functionalities include:
- Automatically downloading invoices
- Obtaining specific information, such as Amazon's top three results for 'trainers'
- Searching for nearby flights to different cities
- Improving operational efficiency by automating repetitive, high-volume tasks, allowing staff to focus on strategic, higher-value activities
